The Company’s predictive models, strategies, and information may not always be accurate, and as a result, reliance on this information is at the sole discretion and risk of the Consumer.

The Company makes transparent our algorithm’s predictive accuracy results, which are based on separate algorithms applied against our predictive model’s historical data and historical predictions. Again, while we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties or representations, material, express, implied, or otherwise, as to the results of the Consumer’s personal financial, investment, or any other decisions.

4. The Company may or may not participate in investments. The Company does not have access to any Consumer’s financial information and/or results based on their respective trading or investment decisions or strategies. The Consumer acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for any investment decisions or strategies executed by the Consumer.

5. All investments involve risk. The Consumer should consider their own personal risk tolerance, financial positions, and their ability to withstand partial or full losses. Trending Neurons cannot guarantee that you will make money or that you will be successful if you employ its trading strategies specifically or generally. Consequently, your results may significantly vary from the output of the Company’s predictive models. The Company does not give investment, tax, or other professional advice. The Consumer hereby indemnifies and holds the Company harmless from any and all liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) that the Consumer may suffer, sustain, or become subject to as a result of their reliance on any information provided in any format, created, generated, or provided by the Company.
